When is a velour Santa suit the right choice?
The
velour Santa outfit is made entirely of soft and elegant deep red velour, with 3" of fluffy (1" pile) snow-white faux fur trim which makes for an especially jovial look. Lighter and thinner than the fleece suit, the velour version is much more comfortable for St. Nick to wear indoors at room temperature or by the fireplace. We particularly recommend it for Santas who will be spending a long time in the costume in warm places.

Santa’s jacket closes with a zipper, two very strong strips of Velcro, and a belt.
The Santa suit
pants include an elastic waistband to easily fit every figure and every pillow.
Santa's costume wouldn't look complete without a
hat! Ours is topped with a bright, fluffy 3" pompon.
If you're beardless, clean-shaven, or not yet gone white, then without a doubt you'll want to wear one of our beards. We offer a natural-looking white Santa
beard and a matching
wig. The beard is 12" long, thick, and curly. Look at the Sizes and Options menu for an even longer beard! Two elastic straps are there to hold the beard in place, or use the special glue (included). The wig, another important convincing detail, conceals the wearer’s own hair and ears plus the beard's elastic straps.
Don't forget to put on our velour Santa
boot covers for that extra touch of believability. Santa looks even more the part with these covers, trimmed with the same white faux fur that's on the rest of the Santa outfit. Elastic straps hold them on – one on your calf and two which run beneath the soles of your shoes or boots. You wouldn't want someone to recognize you by your shoes! The size numbers given in the Sizes and Options menu are for thick winter boots, but the covers fit any kind of footwear — lighter footwear (e.g. tennis shoes, canvas shoes or foam clogs ) up to 2 whole-number sizes larger than the size listed will be adequately covered. Classy Santa boots of real leather, and tall, faux leather boots are also available as options.
So, boot covers strapped on, beard and wig on tightly, the hat.... is Santa ready? Nope, something’s missing… That’s it, a sack! A large, red,
denim-canvas gift sack, 44" x 55", big enough to hold presents for the entire family . This sack's double-stitched seams make it more than strong enough to not come apart, and a drawstring is there to ensure even the smallest of gifts won’t fall out. If something happens to get the sack dirty, it's a simple matter to turn it inside out, and let Santa get back to work.
Even the metal-framed
spectacles match the style of the Santa costume. Ours come with removable neutral lenses, so if your Santa Claus needs corrective lenses, just replace them. A
hard case with soft interior lining is provided with the spectacles for protection from accidental damage. Please note: Actual exterior design may vary, but the physical construction (rigid with lining) will not.
If the velour belt which comes in the bundle leaves you feeling insecure, we have a more solid option — our black faux leather
belt! It features an impressive 3½ inch-wide light-gold colored metal buckle, more than strong enough to keep the jacket closed. Santa’s elegant leather belt is substantially wider (3") than your typical pant belt, and at 65" in length with two belt loops, ensures a perfect fit no matter how big Santa’s belly is, fake or real! The 26 holes enable easy adjustment, and a textile core lends the belt even more strength. The belt is a perfect match with the Santa Claus suit!
It takes Santa quite a bit of effort into looking just right on one special day the year. These 8-inch long white cotton
gloves stretch way past the St. Nick's hands, hiding any rings — or a familiar tattoo — from view as he does his important work. They're an exceptional addition to the Santa outfit, ensuring his true identity remains hidden.
Another identity-hiding detail is the
red T-shirt to be worn under the Santa jacket – with the added benefit of protecting your costume from any sweat. The universal size (XL) cotton T-shirt is of high-quality, and double-stitched seams add strength.
Ring, ring! Raise the atmosphere of anticipation, or turn heads your way, by ringing a Santa bell. This
brass bell is 3" in diameter, and with a wooden handle stands 6½" tall (there are other bells to choose from under Sizes and Options).

Be absolutely sure that Santa's beard remains in position throughout his visit with our special MASTIX
beard glue. It's gentle on the skin, and water or glue remover (
sold separately) are enough to wash it off. We provide a 2 ml bottle, enough for 2 or 3 uses; see Sizes and Options to choose larger containers. The manufacturer guarantees the glue for 3 years (in our experience, it’s effective for much longer).
